The appointment of Michael Clarke to the newly-created franchise development manager role reflects Century 21’s growth ambitions in New Zealand, says Geoff Barnett, national manager of Century 21 New Zealand.
Clarke, who has a Bachelor of Business Studies in Marketing, says that he’s impressed with the significant technology investment Century 21 has undertaken in recent years.
“This investment now provides Century 21 franchisees with cutting edge technology in real time and unlimited tools. This not only maximises success opportunities for franchise owners and sales staff but provides a superior real estate experience for our clients.”
The company has also employed Sara Bickerton as its franchise co-ordinator, who will also be based in its Auckland head office.
